We hold ourselves and our suppliers to a high standard of professional conduct, which includes strict requirements for safe working conditions and fair, respectful treatment of all workers. Focus Area
Our primary suppliers are required to acknowledge their obligation to comply with all standards communicated in our Supplier Code of Conduct. We periodically reevaluate and update this code to address emerging risks, regulatory developments, and evolving customer expectations.
Cirrus Logic is an affiliate member of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), an industry coalition dedicated to corporate social responsibility in global supply chains. We publicly declare our support for the RBA Code of Conduct and implement appropriate due diligence in line with its standards through effective management systems. Employees working closely with suppliers receive training to identify and report human rights violations, and we source conflict minerals responsibly through independently audited, third-party verification processes.
